Unlike photos, which can be deceiving, 3D walk-throughs give home buyers a true sense of a room's dimensions and a better feel of the entire layout of a home!!

Pricing is based on location and square footage and is listed below. There is a turnaround of 24-48 hours to get the scan back once the whole house is scanned. Please contact us for any questions.

  • Payment

    We accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo or credit cards at the time of service.


    Payment must be received in full before your 3D Interactive Tour and/or Photos/Videos are delivered.

  • Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your appointment, we request a 24-hour notice. If you give less than 24 hours' notice or repeatedly cancel appointments, we will require a $75 non-refundable security deposit to reserve your next appointment.


    *If adverse weather conditions arise, please give us a call to reschedule your photo shoot. If you decide to keep your original appointment but feel you need a "re-shoot" later, a fee will incur for any return trip to the property.

  • No Shows

    If you do not show up for your appointment or if you show up so late that the shoot must be cancelled, you will be charged a $75.00 trip fee that must be paid in full before we can schedule another shoot.

  • Under Construction Tour

    High resolution 3D tour, walkable and measurable by the user. Doing this tour at the pre-insulation stage allows the viewer to see exact location of wires, pipes, ac vents etc. This will never be possible again after insulation and sheetrock cover everything. Hosted online for 2 years.
